Facts about Richard Tremblay
Thanks for visiting my website and inquiring about the training facility. I know there are plenty of choices available when it comes to athlete performance training, and I’d like to thank you for allowing me to share some information about Athlete Strength and Performance.
Having been involved in the fitness business since 2003, I became increasingly frustrated at the poor quality and standards of the training in the athlete training industry. Most fitness clubs and training facilities are more focused on sales numbers and revenue than athletes’ results, however they’re never interested in pushing the standards for programming and getting athletes to their strength and performance goals.
After having spent five and a half years in the big box gym environment, I decided to open my own facility where I could provide world-class strength and conditioning programs for athletes while at the same time offering a clean, safe, professional environment. My goal isn’t trying to impress you with useless non-functional training equipment like my competitors. They want you to believe that the more money they spend on equipment or the bigger the facility they have, the better results you will achieve, this is simply false! We’re a 3600sqft facility and your results at ASP are derived from the individualized strength and conditioning program that are given to each athlete while providing them with an atmosphere of training like a champion. Other facilities have their athletes using machines that you sit in to workout. My belief is that you spend enough time sitting down, so why would I fill my training facility with machines and other useless equipment where you, the athlete, spend even more time sitting and getting poor results, athletes are on their feet!
However, every owner will tell you that he or she is proud of the gyms they own (and they should be), and that athlete training results are very important to them… With that being said, I’ve done the research on the competitors and ASP is the only training facility whose sole focus is not on revenue numbers-but on our athletes’ results. You truly become part of a family when you start training at my facility.
I understand that making a decision on where to train as an athlete is a difficult decision. Will I be appreciated and respected? Will I get stronger this time? Will I like the other athletes? These are all great questions that can only be answered by coming in, going through a demo session, and giving it a shot. I invite you to stop in so you can meet the staff and myself and we’ll introduce you to our other athletes. If my facility isn’t up to your standards, if it’s not the best training atmosphere, then you’ll never be forced to become part of the family. It’s as simple as that.
If you’re not satisfied with any part of your program or your not getting the results you thought you would after your agreement length then we’ll refund your money and we can part as friends. I say this cause I’m confident enough in my training philosophy to know it’ll work for you
Thanks for the opportunity to reach out to you in a letter. I look forward to meeting you.
